AVCC Waiver of Liability
I hereby recognize the possibility that participation by the
above-named swimmer(s), a minor(s), on the AVCC Swim Team could result in
accidental or other personal injury. However,
in consideration of the benefits to be derived from such participation, I
hereby assume all risks in connection with said participation by the
swimmer. Further, I fully and forever
release and discharge the Altadena Valley Country Club, its Swim Team, their
officers, directors, coaches and agents from any liability for any harm,
injury, damages, claims, rights of action, or causes of action resulting from,
or arising out of, such participation.

Jefferson County Swim Council Waiver of Liability
The
following statement must be signed and dated by the parent or legal guardian of
each swimmer in order for the swimmer to be eligible to participate in JCSC
sponsored events for the 2009 Summer Swim season. This document shall be sent,
along with the swimmer registration information, to the Vice-President of
Registration.
It is understood
and agreed that the Jefferson County Swim Council and its board members shall
be free from any liabilities or claims for damages arising by reason of
injuries to anyone during the conduct of a JCSC sponsored event.

*Swimsuits are the same as last year and can be purchased at
Homewood Sporting Goods. Our official
swimsuit is the TYR Titan Splice, a red and black color combination. Style # MTIT1 for girls and boys.
*Parents of all registered swimmers will be asked to assist
at all home meets as well as other AVCC swim functions. This commitment usually occurs during meets
and should not prevent you from watching your child compete. If you do not volunteer for a position, you
will be assigned a position.
Instructions for all jobs will be given at the mock meet.
* Our coaches this summer will be head coach Andrew Reeves,
a graduate of Vestavia High School and presently
swimming with the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Assistant coach Kimbo Smith, also a graduate of Vestavia is returning
from last summer.

Clubhouse
